Jack Prust
Jack Prust of Green Valley AZ passed peacefully on May 5th with his family by his side. Jack was born October 10th, 1946 in Milwaukee, WI and spent most of his childhood in Hartland, WI, graduating from Arrowhead High in '64 and Waukesha Tech in '66 with a degree in Marketing. He moved to California in 1969 and spent over 50 years there, first in the San Francisco Bay Area and then settling in Meadow Vista and Grass Valley, outside Lake Tahoe, close to the skiing and camping he loved. He had a successful marriage of 31 years and two daughters of whom he was very proud. He built a sales business that afforded him the ability to travel all over the state of California and still be home to coach his daughters in both soccer and softball. He retired in 2016 and began traveling the world, eventually visiting 47 states and six continents. He relocated to Green Valley AZ in 2021 where he spent his days golfing, exploring southern Arizona, and enjoying the warm weather. He is survived by his daughters Hollie Prust and Kenzie Prust, his ex-wife Jan Prust (aka Old Jan) and ex partner Jan Geller (aka New Jan), with both of whom he maintained a close friendship, his brother Terry Prust, and many nieces and nephews, who will all miss him terribly. |
